Indeed - I'm getting close to wanting to give up on taking the legal, pay-the-rights-holders approach, because there seems to be no interest at all in responding to paying customers saying "HEY WE CAN'T WATCH THE DAMN VIDEOS".
And since the main, if not the only, point of this place is to be able to watch videos, can anyone at funimation.com be even BOTHERED to, y'know, acknowledge there's an issue, or should we all give up paying you and go back to torrenting and streaming from non-pay sites that, y'know, WORK?
This is exactly how I feel as well. How can Funimation expect us to pay for something we can have better for free? I can't believe no one from Funimation has responded to this, this is a huge issue. Funimation has had plenty of issues since I joined, but at the very least, I was always able to watch the videos. Funimation should refund us for this, but I know they won't.
