Loving the new roku channel, I'm not sure if this a bug or if some videos haven't been indexed yet.
The app shows 19 or 20 episodes at the most although a series may have 50 episodes. I've noticed this
on a lot of different shows. Is it a bug or something I'm missing.






No. It is not a bug. Each video has to be individually encoded twice ( which takes a lot of time) and then uploaded individually. So there are 263 properties (roughly) on the app, available in HD and SD, then also many in sub and dub. So for one episode of a show that has both languages it takes 2 encodes and 4 uploads (at least I believe that's how it works.) The amount of time that takes is why the full catalog is not yet available. I'm glad then decided to do it this way. I know I wouldn't have wanted to wait another week or 2 before the app was released for them to have all the vids uploaded.

Actually, it was a bug. It has been fixed.
So I just paid for an account and the HD version of Spice and Wold will only play for 1 -2 minutes before it switches to a "loading" screen for several minuets on my Roku box (It's wired with average of 8mbps downstream). After over half an hour and only seeing about 4 minutes of video I've given up.
I think you launched your streaming service too soon. I should have known better when I tried to buy a subscription to your service and your site was so bogged down with traffic for the past two days it wouldn't even open

I tested episodes 1-4 dub HD of Spice and Wolf and each played fine for the first few minutes before I switched to the next episode. If you continue to experience this issue, please start a new thread.
