I have been trying to get help from the email but there has been NO response for many days. Would kind of like to know whats going on, if one of the support staff see/reads this can you bug the folks that handles that email to at least acknowledge my contact?

Does your issue specifically deal with the EVS service? If not, you might want to try the webmaster for general website issues, or roku for Roku specific problems. If it is EVS-related, and you still haven't gotten a response, it can't hurt to resend the message.
