Re: IPv6: "Sorry, this video is unavailable in your territory."
I am in Canada, and was able to watch Funimation till about a week ago. I haven't changed any computer settings/services, and watch on my PC (Telus is my ISP) using Firefox. I am getting the "unavailable in your territory" message. What can I do to fix this?
Re: IPv6: "Sorry, this video is unavailable in your territory."
Can you provide a link to a few episodes from different anime that you are getting the territory message on? There are a few series that we don't have the rights for, currently, in Canada, though you should be able to view most of the content on the site.
I can confirm that you do NOT have the IPv6 issue, however. There is some other reason for seeing that message.
Also, for faster service, you can contact as well.
Re: IPv6: "Sorry, this video is unavailable in your territory."
spike15179 - I'm showing that you logged in on Feb 17th (most recent log in) from a non-IPv6 enabled IP. All other recent log-ins, including all log ins since then, have been made from an IPv6 location, so there is still something on your computer making this an IPv6 issue.
I can't really help you farther from here, other than to just say to follow the instructions already posted in this thread, but we can help you from , if you'll send an e-mail there with your account name and e-mail address.
Re: IPv6: "Sorry, this video is unavailable in your territory."
Getting this error on any video I tried to watch after registering and starting the trial. I had no problems with videos right before this. Disabled IPv6 in firefox, restarted firefox, logged out and logged back in, and I'm still getting the same error on all videos. Everything works again if I log out and reload the page. Logging in also seems to make any page I try to access load much slower. It also seems I was charged two dollars for my "free" trial... Some answers would be nice.

The $1 charges are verification fees that are automatically refunded to your account, and most people never even see them on their accounts to begin with.

spike15179 - If you're still not able to view EVS videos, send an e-mail to detailing this situation, and we'll see what we can do for you. Thanks!
Re: IPv6: "Sorry, this video is unavailable in your territory."
I have been having this problem for a few months now. I havent cancelled my subscription because I enjoy the benefits when it works, but I have to be lucky if it works. Sometimes it will work if i refresh the video for a while, but sometimes i will have been sitting there refreshing for 30 minutes and it still will not work. It seems to work when I am not logged in, but I would really like to enjoy the benefits of being a member. Also, I have tried this with Firefox, Safari, and Chrome which have barely any addons and Safari has none so that should not be the problem. Please help I am really sick of this.

The current blank screen issue is a different issue, and you can see updates to it here:

Tino - Have you tried disabling your IPv6, and you're still unable to watch shows?
If you have not disabled your IPv6 and need assistance in doing so, please e-mail for more in-depth assistance.
