Re: IPv6: "Sorry, this video is unavailable in your territory."
Using the Firefox work around totally works. I prefer using Chrome but this will do for now. That's a lot everyone. I was thinking of unsubscribing until this issue was resolved, no need now.
Re: IPv6: "Sorry, this video is unavailable in your territory."
So I went to Firefox, and disabled IPv6 according to the steps linked here. No more error of that kind. Only I just have a black screen in firefox. All my addons are disabled, and I have restarted Firefox. That changed nothing. I looked elsewhere here, and the only fix I could see was to use Chrome or IE. I cannot use Chrome, due to you guys having some odd issue with IPv6. How do I go about getting a refund for this month, since I could watch episodes for only a day or two of this entire month? And until I can tell that these issues are resolved I will no longer be subscribing. I am very disappointed right now. I love to watch the content on this site, but am not able to. Hopefully this website can get its stuff together and actually be reliable sometime soon.

Shadowdancer, did you try disabling Do Not Track in Firefox? (you can find information on how to do that here) It doesn't always resolve the issue, but it's pretty easy to check.
If you're still having issues, send us an e-mail at and we can discuss a refund, or cancel your subscription for you, as well as provide some more personalized troubleshooting, there.

Re: IPv6: "Sorry, this video is unavailable in your territory."
I seriously doubt disabling Do Not Track would have any effect on it. I run with that on all the time and never have problems (like that anyway - I'm still getting "not available in your territory" via IPv6).
What I would do (for those getting the black screen) is make sure your Flash plugin is up-to-date. Older versions of Flash will do that sometimes.

It could if the server hosting the video using tracking to determine your geographic location.
Re: IPv6: "Sorry, this video is unavailable in your territory."
"Tracking" in this place is not geo location (that's obtained from IP) but the tracking of your browsers journey from page to page - the site uses this information to ensure that you are accessing the videos via the FUNimation site, not somewhere else (part of the security measures that need to be in place in order to be allowed to stream anime).

Try disabling all your addons and restarting Firefox. That's what I had to do.

having same issue in florida. tried every browser
rainemaker - You look like you're still running IPv6 for funimation.com.
Have you tried disabling it and seeing if that resolves your issue? You can find instructions on how to do so further up the thread.
