Using Firefox 13.0.1 and when playing the SD streams windowed that use Funimation's video player, there is tearing towards the bottom of the frame in the same spot where the player's menu appears and hides. It started doing this with Firefox's 13.0 update so it's likely just a bug. IE9 is unaffected and the Hulu embeds don't have this issue at all.

Have you checked for updates to Flash for Firefox?
Signature? What signature?
Yes, Flash is up to date with version 11.3.300.257.
Does it make any difference if you disable hardware acceleration (right click the video window and select settings)?
Signature? What signature?
No, it doesn't. It's also worth noting that bringing up the Flash settings also makes the Funi video player very slow to unresponsive even with the video paused. The Hulu embeds and Internet Explorer 9 don't have that problem either.
There was a new Flash update today (version 11.3.300.262) and it's made things worse with the Funi video player. For Firefox, the frame tearing is still present but now the video is stuttering more during playback and bringing up the player menu is more sluggish too. For IE9 though, there is still no frame tearing but the video has somewhat more stuttering than it did before and the player menu is sluggish to appear.
The Lights On/Off function isn't working anymore either. Clicking on it will darken the background for a second and then it lights up again. This problem is affecting IE9 too.
