im having problems trying to bring back my elite video subscription it tels me that ive already order the maximum amount of this product and it also wont give me the option to pay up front which is really annoying someone please help me with this

It's probably a syncing issue. I'll make sure this gets brought to the attention of our payment processor and you get synced in the system.
