I'm an elite subscriber in the US (MA). I've been very happy watchng anime with no problems in the recent past. But, of late I can't seem to play any videos. I can actually start playing the video, but after a few seconds, the video stops with a black screen. The "Play" arrow on the playback bar is still available, but when I click it, nothing happens. I have to refresh the page (ie: F5, or "refresh button") in order to re-start the video. But, the same thing happens again. I've tried IE, Chrome, and Firefox with the same result. And, no I don't have any "do not track" features enabled and I'm not using any VPN software, etc. I just have a normal high speed Comcast cable connection, nothing fancy. As I say, everything was fine until a few days ago when this problem cropped up. Any suggestions?
