I know you're having more fun than should be legally allowed with things like the Roku, and apps and whatnot, but when you have a moment, could you let us know why Profiles keep disappearing occasionally? It's a minor inconvenience, and seems to resolve itself after a while, but every so often (more often now than before), my Profile and anyone else's that I go to is blank, nada, gone. No rush if you're busy, but you know how it is - "curiosity killed the cat, but satisfaction brought it back, safe and sound from toes to crown."

Can you send a screenshot of what you mean by "gone" to , the next time it happens? (or right now, if it's currently happening)
I'm thinking it's probably a cache display issue, but I want to be able to see what you're seeing.
Ok, next time it happens I'll screenshot it (as long as I can remember how to do that on my iPad)
The thought has occurred to me that of course, since I've brought this up, it will never happen again. Which would be a good thing really.

yeah I sent some way back but its still happening. Also been sent to others PMs. Wish they'd fix that too. along with the bucket list of ither problems too. lol

I think it's an issue with caching on our end, so whenever it happens, all we need to do is refresh our caches and it fixes it.
We do that for a whole lot of different reasons, and it's likely that we did it and it resolved the issue.
Still, definitely keep reporting it when it does happen, as it seems like we can usually fix it. :D
