I run a few different software that help protect my computer from malicious content and they are showing that there is a lot of malicious content for the shows tab and it redirects me away from the site. Is there a problem with the site right now or is it in the process of being fixed?

Those probably relate to advertisements on the site, and not the website itself.
Yeah I agree with Eye, it is a common occurrence when ad space is sold and the server the ads come from get listed. The easiest way to combat this is through the use of add-ons such as add blocker plus and no-script (or something similar.) No-script will cause you to put in a little work on deciding what all you want to allow each Web site to run, but I find it's worthwhile.

I ran into something worse and that's trojan on this URL http://www.funimation.com/spice-and-wolf called JS/Kryptic.AH Trojan which needs to be looked into immediately.
Same here. McAfee flags some webpages on Funimation as RED and dangerous.
I encountered the same trojan. I spent over an hour and a half reparing the damage it did. I'm currently on my free trial, and judging by what I've seen so far I'm about to cut all ties to this site.
The Anime is great
The website sucks, a middle schooler could build a more secure website using basic programming knowledge.
It appears to be the HTTP Filter that caused the issue but its probably spread else where after it was detected. The connection was terminated by I'm making sure by scanning my computer to ensure that it did not get through it.
Can you let me know what page you saw this on, as well as whether you were logged in or not at the time?
If anyone encounters any issues, please confirm that you are still logged into funimation.com, and please report any pages you see warnings on.
If you are able to view the page, please take a screenshot of it in it's entirety-- but obviously do not disable or ignore your virus checkers to do so!
I'm also having problems with some malicious content on this site. Just three weeks ago, I visited the site and I get a page that's filled with numbers and weird symbols. I exit the page and go to the funimation main page and I still got the same thing. A minute later, my anti virus detects a trojan on my computer. I was able to get rid of it but I thought that was weird. I didn't have anymore problems with the site after that encounter until yesterday. Yesterday I go to the main web page and I get that page filled with numbers and symbols. I get that trojan virus again and removed it. I don't know if it's the website or what. I'm actually kind of scared of visiting this website now. I'm not even typing this message on my own computer. It's sad because I'm a subscriber and now I'm not able to watch anime shows at my house on my computer because of the fear of viruses messing up my comp.
What you see with me is what you get. I would rather be hated for what I am than loved for something that I'm not.

I'm not sure if there's a connection or not between the garbled pages and anything malicious.
However, I can tell you that the garbled pages only appear when you are not signed in. Users who are signed in should not ever be seeing the garbled pages,
Obviously this doesn't help if you are seeing the main page as garbled, but otherwise, just make sure that you're logged into your account.
I'm going off topic here but I'm wondering if there's a way for me to stay signed in to my account after leaving the web page or turning off my computer.
