There are some series that we don't possess the Streaming Video on Demand rights for, and so cannot offer in the subscription player. It's possible that you're trying to watch some of those shows-- I'll be happy to confirm that for you, or troubleshoot if needed.

DBZ is one of the few shows that should still have commercials, even if you're an EVS member, due to SVOD rights. "Is This a Zombie?", however, should not have commercials for EVS members.
Could you try "Is This a Zombie?" for me again and see if you're still getting commercials for it?
Symphogear is another show that you should be seeing commercials for, based on our SVOD rights.

I don't know if this is an error or not, but I'm having the opposite! I don't have a Subscription but I haven't encountered a single commercial in at least three days worth of watching. I never really minded having to watch the commercials since they're all short, moderately entertaining, and you don't get repeats over and over.
