I'm having a problem with trying to watch videos that are exclusive for elite subscribers. I payed for the subscription earlier today and became an ES. As soon I as I became one, I started watching the Baka and Test Season 2 dub. I was able to watch it and had no problems. I log out and a few hours later I log back in and try to watch the Heaven's Lost Property movie dub version. When I try to watch it, I get a message saying I need to become a subscriber. I go to my account and look at my billing history and it shows I did indeed pay for it. I've subscribed many times before and never had this problem. So what's going on? Can you guys help me with this situation?

Also, just to let you know, you can usually get faster service through than through the forums! It's not always the case, but it usually is.
