Hi, yea it seems I have the same problem as everyone else, been with the site since the initial beta and never got to give a date of birth and i just signed up for the month sub and can't view anything with the 17+ requirement. I was born 2/7/83
um.... i never got to ut my age in when i signed up and now i cant finish the second season of black butler but im older than 17 so im past the age restriction. will you please change my age also

Have they fixed your issue yet valanies and if so how long did it take, I too sent an email last night and was wondering how long it would take. I am on the 14 day trial and want to get a paid subscription after it but not if I can't watch tv-ma animes like Heaven's Lost Property.

I have been unable to watch TV-MA shows, because it says I must be over 17, even though I am actually 25! I don't know why this is happening. Perhaps I hit 1997 instead of 1987 when signing up because I was in such a rush? That has happened before lol. Anyway, I really want to watch Black Lagoon, so could you please fix my date of birth?
I sent a message to Sophie weeks ago and haven't gotten a reply so I'm just going to post by bday here (2/1/83) and hope that someone can get that changed for me. Thanks.
