Can't change my date of birth

I decided to try out a show on your video player and I can't watch it because it claims that I'm "under 17". Although, I wouldn't mind being that age again. I'm 28 years old and well over the age restriction.

I thought this would be a simple fix. I just need to change my date of birth in my account. Unfortunately, I can't find the option anywhere in my account or my profile.

Am I missing something here?

That is by design. Only admins can change user ages. Since you guys came in during the beta and weren't able to set up your ages, I can change them for you. Please PM me your birth dates.

i keep getting asked for my birth date for every episode i watch.

is this normal? i get this on darker than black and some other shows

@AmaracaJones - Don't worry. It's no problem at all. wink Your account's age has been fixed.

@blueknight - It's normal for the Hulu embedded player. I think if you are logged into Hulu, you won't have to give your age. Videos using the FUNimation player use the age saved in your profile.

Can you fix my account too, please? I'm 29, well past the "under 17" age restriction that I keep getting. Just tell me if I need to send you my birthday and what not.

I never had to do this before when I was watching RomeoXJuliet sometime last year...
Could you do the same for me as well? I'm 20 as of last year.
