The issue causing Canadians to get the Hulu player instead of the FUNimation player has been reported by the developers as fixed, but they need users to test. Before testing, you must clear your browser cache.

Honestly, I'm still having problems across the board on all videos. Nothing plays. I'm not getting the Hulu player though, I'm pretty sure it's the Funimation player. The video just doesn't come up. All I get is that message.
A couple hours ago all of the videos I tried on the list brout up Hulu. Now I'm getting the Funimation player.

@Sophie, I thought you were going to open a thread for US problems but I did not see it. If you did please direct me to it, if not then know that there is still a problem in the US as well.

Ok, I am now having a better time with this. Videos are actually coming up. No territory issues, well, except for the fact that Hulu can't play outside of the US so that still happens. Some videos bring up the Hulu player and some bring up the Funimation player. For example, Guilty Crown 12 brings up Hulu but Guilty Crown 13 brings up the Funimation player.
Scratch all that. As I was typing the above paragraph I clicked on some of the other links to help test and now I am getting territory issues again on all videos.
@darkzero297 - Which of the test videos are still giving you issues? Could you please put the video, player, and issue for them? It sounds like the fix made last night may have reverted.
Also, everyone please remember to clear your browser cache before testing.

Also, when I reloaded Fairy Tail ep 1 sub, it gave me the FUNimation player again but still, it gave me the 'unavailable in territory' message.
It's just not one it is all. I cannot view any of the ones listed above. Just black screen or this is not available in your territory . I have tried everything Port's, Flash Player, I am using the Funimation player as well. It bothers me I can't watch anything. i am elite subscriber as well. Just want to watch videos
. Can someone help.

This site seemed to change on the fly. Rarely and for a short period of time I could get SOME videos and then shortly afterward I would go back to getting 'unavailable in territory' messages. However, the last few times I've checked I no longer get that message about the territory, at least not for the FUNimation player. Hulu naturally ALWAYS brings up the not available message since Hulu can't be played outside of the US.
Now, back to my circumstances. I will either get a working FUNimation player (somewhat rare) or the Hulu player (mostly this). These do not appear randomly though. It is consistent. Certain videos always show up with the FUNimation player and certain videos always bring up Hulu. I thought that maybe I could list episodes that I desperately want to see for which I end up getting the Hulu player.

Just to be clear, all episodes after these (Guilty Crown 13 and 14 and LAST EXILE 13) all bring up the FUNimation player properly and do so consistently. Please help... ;_;
Now, that the load time issue has been addressed and things have settled down a bit, has anyone noticed the territory issue lately?
