I usually see this happen in other places too, but its usually temporary and a quick refresh fixes it.
But those two topics above seem to stay like that on my end.
I'm using Windows 7 with the latest version of Firefox.
I ran into the same problem using my iPad, but refreshing the page didn't help. I meant to check the problem out on my laptop, but I got sidetracked and forgot about it.

Thank you for reporting and for taking screenshots. That made this super quick and easy to see what the problem was.
This is a cache related issue. Usually, one of us will see it and clear the site cache.
If it's been more than 24 hours and you're still seeing the issue, try clearing your browser cache and refreshing. If that doesn't work, please take a screenshot and email webmaster. I'm more likely to see it faster that way.
