720p videos was playing,now its no longer a option?

i signed up for elite video.
they was playin in HD today
and now 720p is no longer selectable.
aka Black Butler was playin hd fine before today ,
and now not 1 of black butlers longer play in hd,
ever thing sure 480 option
i restart chrome,pc,re loged in, same thing
at lest its Not hulu ,and am not getting ads, its just 720p option is no longer their
any idea how to fix this.

They seem to have that option for me when I'm logged in as a subscriber. Could you please clear your browser cache completely and then try again?

Could you please list a couple of the videos that don't have 720p available?
