Since Funimation has Troy Baker, he will most likely reprise his role as Yuri. They were able to get Sam Regal for Sengoku Basara, so he could reprise his role for Flynn as well. For everyone else, I really don't know.
I have a feeling that they will try their best to try and get the original VA's back for the anime. It would actually feel kind of strange to have different VA's for this, since they only originally had one set of VA's for the game. So here is hoping that they will try and get the original cast, as I actually liked it.
I agree with the other two posters about the ability of getting the same voice cast for the recording of the show. Only question is are they going to use the same recording studio. Also a majority of the main VA's where based in L.A except for Vic due to he is based in Houston. I look forward to seeing this when it comes out due to I loved the game.
Considering they have access to 2 or 3 of the main characters already I don't see why they wouldn't just go the distance and get everyone back for the movie. I mean the game had a incredible dub and Funi knows people like having the cast kept intact(the only time they failed was with Trigun and even then JYB was brought back. I'm of the opinion that everyone else was recast for that as the other actors are not nearly as active in anime as they were when the original came out). I doubt I would even watch the movie if the original games cast doesn't come back.
I'm in support of keeping the original game's cast too. I really hope FUNimation can make some sort of deal with Namco-Bandai of America so that they can release this dub and have Namco release Vesperia PS3 around the same time. I think if they go with this strategy, it would increase the sales for both the game and OAV. Both would help each other look more appealing to fans, especially if Vesperia bares the same vocal cast as the game itself does.

The core VA's from the the original that appear are
Yuri - Troy Baker (Can easily get)
Flynn - Sam Regal (Can get)
Rita - Michelle Ruff (I doubt Funi will try)
Estelle - Danielle Judovits (Even less confident than Michelle)
IIRC Raven's cameo is unvoiced, and Karol, and Judith don't appear (At least speaking).
Maybe the Trigun movie cast has left me pessimistic, but I despite that I still have my doubts.
I hope that they try to get the originals. But I understand if they can't.
And with the whole Trigun thing. Lia Sargent had already retired from voice acting... So there was no way that they could get her to reprise her role as Millie...
In case anyone is wondering, the release right now is June 26. I just pre-ordered mine from rightstuf. Voice actorwise, the only voices I really care about are Yuri's and Rita's. Since Troy Baker does a lot of work with Funi, I hope he reprises his role. As for getting Michelle Ruff, that would be great but I'll get the movie regardless. Getting Sam Regal would be cool, too.
I can't wait for the movie to come out and I hope everyone replays their roles including Troy Baker (Yuri),Danielle Judovits(Estellise),Michelle Ruff(rita)and others and I hope funimation does the Tales of Symphonia OVAs!
