While some issues now have a 24-48 hour turn around time, many issues (particularly billing issues) currently have a lengthy queue.
Please be patient and limit your tickets to one ticket per issue, and one issue per ticket. Submitting multiple tickets will not get your issue addressed any faster and will slow the queue down for everyone, compounding the issue.
