We had so much fun at ALA weekend before last that we just couldn't wait to hit the road again. So, north to OhayoCon, taking place in Colombus OH, January 18th-20th, where cosplayers go to freeze in their finery for our first Midwest show of the year.

so what was the special announcement anyway ??
Oh i missed it! i was about to go there. but that's alright. there's always a next time.
I'm hoping the special announcement is they are dubbing more episodes of Sgt. Frog. They took the first two seasons off of Netflix. Probably because they will add new episodes later on.
Hmmm .... a special announcement if i had to guess what it was i'd say either DBZ Battle of Gods movie / Evangelion 3.0 movie / Hunter x Hunter 2011 series or maybe the first 3 series of Minami-ke since they just announced the streaming rights for the 4th one.
What i would love it to be is the rest of the D.Gray-Man episodes or more Shin Chan episodes (Seasons 4,5,6)

I think Haganai: NEXT will probably be announced in the EVS forum Thursday morning.
I hope the special announcement is something I actually care about like Hunter x Hunter, Beelzebub, Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods or finally starting dub production on the Buu saga for DBZ Kai (been a while since Mayumi Tanaka reported the news that it was continuing.)
But who am I kidding? I don't want to be negative but I'd be willing to bet the special announcement is just a simulcast for the new season of Hetalia. The brand managers and marketing team are so bias with that franchise they probably consider the simulcast "worthy" of a very special announcement via a convention panel...
*shakes head*
Wish I could go. Curse having to work. But this special announcement has my attention. Hope its somethign really good. Maybe even news about Haganai simulcast.
Anyways looking forward ot the good news.
