Translator Dan Kanemitsu is so awesome!
And as for the manga, although Andorra does not actually have a military (which is something all the cynics will immediately jump on) it was originally created for a die-hard Strike Witches fan living there as a gift.
I'll just add that to my favorites for now, and read it later after I finish my Witches of the Sphinx doujinshi.
I have a quick question, is it more difficult for companies in the U.S. to acquire Japanese Indie Comics (doujinshi) then regular manga? Because i'd enjoy seeing the various Strike Witches series published in the states. But that probably won't ever happen will it.

Not too sure about that, but it does seem that way considering we have someone translating it for us.
Sadly, Strike Witches manga is not high on anyone's list. What I really want most though is a full translation of the Suomus Misfits light novels.
I don't get what the manga and light novels for Strike Witches aren't getting picked up. What, do they really not understand that we'll buy them? We're fans because of the witches as characters and not just their lovely designs!
