Let's talk about the Strain series.
A great sereis but too short. Felt very rushed. Felt it should have been longer to cover the matertial that they did. Still good though.

Agreed. I too thought the series could and should have been longer. I was surprised at how likable I found most of the characters to be. As well, before watching the series, I was somewhat skeptical of the mech design (thought they were a bit too insect-like for my tastes), but I ended up liking those as well.
Bought the series with mediocre expectations, which were pleasantly and far exceeded.
While I liked the series, I didn't really find that it made my list as a favorite series. It is a good series, but it wasn't as good as some of the other series that I have as favorites.

one the best anime i saw in awile watched from 1st episode to 13in one sitting and i never do that its so awesome im buying the dvd collection so i can have this incredible saga i wish they would make more love to see sara in the future ..PS plz make more we fans need it
I thought it was a really good series. I had no idea what it was when I started to watch it. It was short but sweet. Some are drawn out way to long and you lose interest half way though but this keep me watching and entertained the whole time. I watched the whole series in one day. I watched it on Netflix but i liked it so much that I'm going to buy the DVDs also just to add to my collection. Good story line and some good characters you wont forget.
I have to agree with everyone, It was a great series and I also watched it all in one night since it pulled me in. But I feel like there is way to much that is left open with it only being 13 episodes. I wish for more, but I know how much chance that has..
