I would love for a season 3 to come out eventually. In my short time watching anime I have learned not to hold my breath for anything. Keep your tastes varied and use any down time to re-watch a series you like or try some new stuff and always keep a list of your favorites in case one day that new season gets announced.

yea, zan is right, I just finished watching soul eater (in 6 days) and I was sad that it ended, then I was mad that there wasn't a season 5

So, we've been talking about the hopes of a season 3.
But today's information just released that another novel is being written.
The final conclusion to the main story was in Volume 16 which came out in February (in Japan).
Now the novel and original story writer is writing Volume 17, which takes place many years after Volume 16's conclusion.
Give us Season 3 JAPAN!!!
