Let's talk about Speed Grapher.
Awesome show that I need to get my own copy of eventually. It has two of the best villains I've seen in any anime. The first is that dentist guy, for poor freak factor...he's freaking terrifying. *shudders* The second is, of course, Suitengu, who is easily one of the best villains period. He not only gets what he was after in the end, he manages to make you think he was right in a way too.
