Favourite character in Soul Eater and why?

For me, it's a toss-up between a lot of people - I love the brilliant insanity of Stein, the over-the-top attitude of Black Star, the neurotic-ness of Death the Kid, and the Tamaki-like attitude of Spirit - Oh, and the sexy allure of Blair. Heh heh heh.

For me, I would have to say that my favorite would be Soul Eater Evans.It isn't really about him being a main character, it's pretty much because he's a very interesting character.

I have to say Soul is my favorite, too. XD But I also really like Chrona. (S)he's such an interesting character. I think of all the characters, she's the one with the deepest internal conflict. It's like her own mind is a battleground between good and evil, and I love watching it play out.

It would be easier to answer the question, "Who do you not like?" ^^ I love Maka and Soul obv, Kid and the Thompson sisters, Stein, and Lord Death the most I think though.
Soul Eater Evans because he's cool and funny.
I really like Medusa, she's evil, yet really cool too. Then there's Stein, Spirit, and Lord Death. Out of the kids, I like Soul and Kid the best. Maka's okay too, I guess.

I think it's a three-way cross between the hilariously nuts Death the Kid, Chrona, who is at once utterly creepy and utterly tragic, and Medusa, one of the best anime villains I've ever seen.

Too many to choose. Soul, Black Star, Chrona (you have to feel for the kid), Death the Kid, the list can go on.
Lord Death would probably top my favorite character list, closely followed by Soul, and then Black
. Lord Death is a strong, mysterious character who I've never seen presented like this before.
A sound soul dwells within a sound mind and a sound body.
I'd have to say that my favorite characters are Stein, Death the Kid, and Lord Death. So here is a quick explanation of why I like each:
Stein- I love Stein's cool attitude, and the Frankenstein motif is great. I also like his impressive abilities as a meister.
Death The Kid- Who doesn't like a character with a few neuroses? I love Death the Kid's ability to be completely serious, and then inspire a great moment of comedy.
Lord Death: Honestly, I want to know what is under that mask
. Lord Death is the most interesting character, in my opinion. Especially around the time when his past was being uncovered. He's also just awesome
