For Halloween, I cosplayed as the Gentleman King, Coco from Toriko. Char and I were very manry that day and joined our coworkers for a reverse Toei cosplay group. A user on Facebook was wondering about how I did my wraps and earring, so here you go.
This is my leg wrap. I used one piece of fabric as the base and then fabric glued folded strips of fabric on top to make it appear as though my legs were wrapped. Then I attached velcro to secure. I was lazy and used red thread instead of green, but pay no attention to that. >.>
This is my wrist wrap. I took one piece of fabric and accordion folded it. Sometimes I didn't fold it all the way across as you can see in the picture. Then I fabric glued all of the folds down. Same as the leg wrap I used velcro to secure.
This is the turban. I took strips of fabric that were folded along the top and bottom and glued, and wrapped them around a Desert Punk hat(sometimes you have to make sacrifices for cosplay). I hot glued the strips down as I put them in place. Then I cut the little "p" thing out of fun foam and hot glued that on. The placement of the "p" was inconsistent while I was looking at reference pictures, so it might be in the wrong place, but whatevs.
This is the underside of the turban. You can see what's left of my sacrificed Desert Punk hat.
These are my upper arms wraps from the back. They are made the same way as the turban wraps. These are the only real wraps of my cosplay. I just wrapped each around my upper arms and tucked the end in. I only had to re-wrap once.
Unfortunately, I can't find my earring, but I can tell you how I made it.
I cut out rectangles out of pink fun foam and then cut rectangle holes out of each one. These became the chain links of the earring. Then I cut a slit in each link and chained them together. I hot glued each slit closed as I linked.
To make the ear cuff, I wrapped a small rectangle of fun foam around a pencil and then heat warped it with a heat gun so that it would keep its shape. That worked out reasonably well. I'd never used a heat gun on anything before. It makes the fun foam hard, so I'm considering using fun foam + heat gun to make armor. Then I glued the cuff to the end of the chain.
Finally, I glued the other end of the chain to a small circle of fun foam and glued that to an earring back. You can get those from Michael's and Joann.
The cuff kept coming off, but it wasn't too bad. If I ever wear this to a con, I might put spirit gum on it to keep it on my ear.
Bonus!
This is Riku (as in Kingdom Hearts Riku because I'm a nerd). He kept "helping" as I was taking pictures. He's usually very interested in whatever I happen to be doing. lol
So, that's it. In case you're wondering about the rest, the pants were scrubs, the shirt was just a long sleeve t-shirt from Wal-mart, and the cape was my bedsheet. I totally should have worn black socks, but I wasn't thinking about that until I put everything on at work. I was also going to paint part of my hand purple, but forgot.
I hope this helps!

Are you planning any Christmas themed cosplay?
Dude, he would not leave me alone while I was taking pictures. He kept pushing his face against my phone. That picture was when he finally stopped.
KITTY!
*Pets and rubs Riku with stupid grin on face.*
