Ok I bought most my anime from local stores like Media play, Circuit City, Best buy, etc. I never liked buying anime online because i hate reading large time consuming things, so I always bought the anime from a store where i could quickly browse the info and look at key pictures to gather the info I needed to make my choice. Obviously, I loth those sub animes because I cant keep up with reading PLAY, Stop, Play, Stop, etc. Bottom line I only Get dubs. But now i have to come on here to start finding places to buy this stuff. Went over to the Shop on the funi site, which i think its Rightstuf.com or something to find what i wanted. All I can say is crap when i tried to get around on that site and find what i wanted to find.
Whats a S.A.V.E. EDITION, CLASSIC EDITION, LIVE ACTION, AND WHATS A HYB?
How many episodes are there for 650 Minutes?
I think i seen where they are selling Just single Episodes? Whats that about? Who would buy just 1 episode?
I can honestly say that I have no idea what im buying on that site. Can anyone recommend someplace that is not hard to navigate and understand. Think i need some Otaku friends with some search capabilities or something.
Sincerly,

I can help explain some of this for you :D
1. I'm also a DUBS only buyer, and understood the pain of figuring out whether or not series are indeed the language you wish to watch.
2. RightStuf.com and Amazon.com are by far the best sites to shop for anime series I've experienced so far. Their prices are discounted compared to most places (best buy and circuit city) which is saving you hundreds over time.
3.
SAVE edition is only a cheaper re-release version of the series. Normally all the same extras and trailers, but a little cheaper. (only thing annoying is the green save on the cover. I wish they just had that on the plastic cover wrap)
Classic Edition (Anime Classics, Anime Legends, etc) are normally just a way to market a more popular Anime series by showing buyers that it's a classic item that most anime fans should check out.
Live Action is just as the title says, it's a live action movie. Think of it as an anime just played out by real life people with too many special effects
(Though not all live action at rightstuf is anime based.)
Hybrids are normally both ENGLISH and JAPANESE. This is what most series are in general, and it's just titled that way to show you it's in both languages.
4. 650 minutes is approximately 26 episodes with maybe trailers and extras. Anime episodes tend to round about 23 mins each (opener and ending included)
5. I don't know about individual episode buys. I know funimation does offer this, but I don't think it's worth having a digital copy over actually holding a box set in your hands. (Just my opinion)
Well I hope this may have helped a little, as well as help clear some confusion. If rightstuf isn't working out for you, I still suggest amazon.com. ^_^
Can you say exactly what anime it is you want to buy? I always just get the complete series on DVD (now that I mention it, 650 minutes should be 26 episodes.)

sorry for the long rant by the way >_<
SAVE covers are reversible. Just turn the cover to the inside and you have the same cover without the green bar. Spread the word.
Unfortunately, not all of them are like this. Air: The Movie is one example, where the reserve side is just poster art. WTK actually made a list of SAVE Editions and keeps track if they have a reversible cover with title on the spine. Most of them do, but there have been a few here and there that don't.

Right Stuf is one of the most flexible sites around. You can switch between full and brief listings. The brief listing shows the titles in a nice rundown list with the prices and format. The best part is that Right Stuf mentions if the title contains a dub or not right on the title line. If it contains a 'D' or 'HYB', then it has a dub. If it contains an 'S', then it is sub only. I always use the brief listing if I'm looking at a long list of titles.
Another excellent feature that Right Stuf has is the Advanced Search. This is the by far the best search system that I've ever used. It's very customizable. For example, you can generate a list of all Anime DVDs that excludes sub only titles in an instant.
For TV series:
25 minutes = 1 episode
650 minutes = 26 episodes
It's a different story for movies and OVAs though, since the run times can vary on those. However, Right Stuf usually mentions how many episodes the title contains in the product description.
It depends on the title, but some shows are OVAs. OVA stands for Original Video Animation and it pretty much means "straight to video".
OVAs don't have any restrictions, especially when it come to time and these shows can be a single episode long or could be a series. Gundam Unicorn is one and it's still in production (6 episodes planned). Bandai is releasing this show one episode at a time on Blu-ray. The episodes are 60 minutes long though and are packed full of extras.

Ok, I would like to get Fate/Stay Night Bluray anime the complete season 26 episodes.
Fate/Stay Night is a 24 episode series and there have not released in North America on Blu-Ray yet.
It will most likely be a while too. There was a BD Japanese set that was subtitled only and limited edition and it sold for about $500 plus shipping, but I would think it would be quite hard to get hold of because it is now out of print.

Those are probably the older ones. Standard procedure now is to do a reversible cover.
