If you don't understand what I'm saying then read this.
Funimation should make so that there are 4 different endings with Rin. (Asa already had her ending with Rin). For example, lets say Sia, Funimation should make it so she has her ending then Primula, etc. I just think it'll be a good idea.

Why doesn't funimation add different endings for each girl?

Not to be mean but are you aware that Funimation didn't make Shuffle? They licensed it and made an English dub for it but the series wasn't actually made by Funi.
Now, if you're suggesting that Funimation should try to work with the Japanese creators to actually produce an ending for each girl, well, I don't think the series sold quite that good. (It's a nice idea but I don't think there's any feasibility to it.)
However, the Shuffle visual novel which is the basis for the anime was licensed and is available. If you buy it, you can see each girl's ending! Go here and check out the company's information on the visual novel if you're interested.

Only the Game makes it so you can choose a different ending. Most Anime like this are based off of a game that is based off a Manga. For examle, Clannad. Funimation does not have anything to do with the creation of a Anime. All Funimation does is licence it for distribution and language dubbing (meaning Funimation hires voice actors for Dubbing and then they distribute it for sale).
This is all decided with the studio in japan to conclude your answer.
There is an ending for each girl in the game. The secomnd game adds even more girls thus more endings. However I believe that the authors of the anime messed up by choosing the Asa ending when the anime clearly should have followed the Kaede ending. This obvious mess up ruined the entire anime for me!!!!!!
