Okay, so having seen all the endings of the VN and knowledge from other anime based off of a visual novel in this sense I kinda had a feeling it would go in one of two ways. I knew basically without a doubt that they were always going to keep the harem concept open, which they did by not finalizing the relationship between Asa and Rin at the end of the final episode. Sure they say they are in the relationship but those 4 aren't going to give up that easy. This kept that harem concept that still even continues at the end of every path in the VN (since the world of gods allows polygamie). It's a simple used concept in many series. Also, i knew they were going to find some way to leak in the other paths which they did by running a general pattern method going if i remember exactly Sia, Nerine, Kaede, Asa, Primula and repeating that pattern until they doubled up the patter by changing it with the multiple episodes involving the general concept of the ending bits for each of the girl's path (Primula having to leave [doesn't leave at all in the VN], Asa with Rin cutting his wrist, ect.) They did a good enough job working it into the episodes like they did.
In short, i had no problem believing they would take the Asa route as the Kaede one wouldn't have spanned the same sense since they were living together, Primula would be to stereotypical to the loli fanbase like myself, Sia's split body with her sister would get to confusing cause in reality that is two girls that love Rin in one body, and Nerine's is actually based of the feelings of her clone Lycoris at first and they emphasis this by having Nerine comment about how she's going to love Rin from her self and not for Lycoris' sake.
