My favorite is Nerine~
I love that she sings, and her overall character design is just so beautiful and cute at the same time! 
Plus, blowing things up is hilarious! 8D;;;
My favorite is Asa because she's fun and energetic.

My favorite is Sia. She was so adorable (besides for her little dilemma towards the end of the show).
Asa and Kaede come in 2nd.
Kaede is definetly my favorite. I love a cute Yandere girl, and Rin really screwed up not picking her, Sia would be my second pick but I can see why Rin didn't want to be related to her father.

I'd say I was in the Kaede camp until her "issue" turned up in the series. But otherwise I can't say I had a favorite.

Mayumi. While I find Mayumi a bit scary, when it comes to the other girls I'm terrified
I liked Asa the best. She was always upbeat and the least overboard with the love talk.
I'd seen a picture of Primula before the anime was even announced and liked her (IIRC she reminded me of Ruri) but from the first episode onwards I found myself liking Asa more and more, so Asa > Primula > Mayumi. Don't care for Sia all that much and never took to Nerine at all.

I got the feeling that Nerine was just kindoff there myself. I guess every Harem show has one under developed and pointless character.

I felt the exact same way. Rin never really bonded with her that much and I think she only had 1 episode that focused on her. She always felt like a side character.
