Shakugan no Shana III (Final) Dub Release

I've been searching for awhile now but all information I've been able to find is outdated or has changed. I know there is quite some time between the Japanese release and the FUNimation dub release but I was wondering if anyone knew the release date for the dubbed version of Shakugan no Shana III (Final) is. Found the release date really easily, Shakugan no Shana Season 3 Part 1 and 2 will be on 3/26/13.
