i really hope that they get this dub finished and have the movie get to the stores, one thing i dont understand is that in the endding picture of season one there is some one in the very background if you look closely (on the biulding) ??? !!!
I think that was at the end of every episode except episode 11. Although I didn't even notice it until the second or third time I watched season 1.
September is almost over, looks liken nothing came up about sekirei at the sept cons
I'm guessing Funimation had to save some things for NY Anime Fest. Probably get an update on One Piece Season 4, Strike Witches 2, Sengoku Basara 2 and a few other shows too.

I'm 100% certain that ~Pure Engagement~ will be dubbed in english. My reason being is that ANN has the english dub cast listed in ~Pure Engagement~'s article. And if the list is true, I'm happy to see that the original cast will reprise their roles.

I just think that Funi's got other things to take care of, but I don't think they have forgotten the popularity of Sekirei. Season 1 sold out in no time flat for a reason. It took me forever before I found a retailer that had it.
They've also listed dubbed Pure Engagement episodes on the episode guide on the Sekirei page. You can't watch them, but they have them listed as if they're set to come out. Is this a clue they're coming out soon? Fingers crossed.
Also season 1 DVD came out in November. So maybe an announcement soon? Let's hope!

Guess January is now the earliest we can expect it.
