I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but there never will be a season 3... the manga it's based on ended quite awhile ago with the only continuation being "school rumble Z" which...kind of...resolves everything if I'm not mistaken. So unless there's some massive outcry in japan or some other thing happens the shows done. the complete series set has everything you'll need anime wise and manga wise you'd just have to look online.
