Sales haven't been spectacular for the first season, so it's hard to say if a second season will actually happen.
meh i guess that would be right... i would be nice for a season 2 though.
its a real good anime i as a zombie genre fan loved this guy i would like to see season 2
I will be pissed if they dont make a season two, i love zombies, and romances.. and bam. Both bundled up in a good anime, >_> i might just buy 5 dvds to make the sales go up

Sha-BAM!!! Somebody in Japan finally got the telepathic message I've been broadcasting for years. Don't make up your own ending for a story just because the manga hasn't gotten very far or is on a slow release schedule. Pick a good point in the story and leave it there- which leaves the future possibility of going back and making more episodes later, picking up where they left off. Even if you're looking at it from a money-making point of view, (which they are) if an anime does well, but the source material isn't far enough along yet, they can go to a certain point, set it aside, and then start again, thus leaving open the possibility for more money making on a good, popular series in the future! Both sides win! We get longer anime stories, and they get our money! That's what I'd do in their shoes- It's good, practical business sense.
I watched this anime and at the end of the episodes, if you watch after the credits on all of the episodes, it tells you the name of the next episode, and it actually leaves of like this, Episode 14 "The Meaning of a Bite." so it is very possible that we will be seeing a second season of this anime they may be developing it or may simply not have enough material yet. So hang in there, I am pretty sure they will make more episodes.
