I really think Funimation should hook up with the author of the manga, get a new crew, remake Rosario Vampire and just follow the manga. I guarantee every one will like it way better, The first anime season could have at least 40 episodes based of the manga. So come on Funimation, do us ALL a favor, and remake ROSARIO VAMPIRE.

You do realize that Funimation has no pull with the studios on what else gets made right?
All funi does is license, dub and distribute.
As one of the other posters has said, the series has gone too far to remake it. The episodes did not follow the manga in chapter order and only select chapters were used to make the series.
We'll be lucky if there is a 3rd season..and very happy if there is.

hm, i didn't know that but now i do, and regardless if it went too far, you mean to tell me you'd rather it continue with missing episodes then get the full series based off the manga? Season 3 or not, my opinion is following the manga would boost up the show even more just because of the action and storyline. More FANS have been saying more of a remake than season 3
What I'm saying is that the series was deliberatly (in my opinion) made with cherry picked episodes to increase the fan service and keep it "funny". If you have followed the manga, you know that it isn't particularly humorous as it gets farther along.
I do not think that he studio would remake the series to follow the manga at this point. Too expensive. I'm also not sure how well the series did in Japan. I think it did not do very well.

If there is no news by the end of the year, I'd say the chances of any additional series is poor.
