At the point where the anime left off, there were way too many loose ends to be tied up and resolved. There should necessarily be a third season just to answer the multitude of questions that the second series posed.

i have never read the manga but love the show i will try to read the manga as well. but the thing is with me, i don't like how mangas are written, my brain starts to hurt and my eyes start to hurt as well trying to read and look at the picture, it happens with subs to it hurts my eyes and thats why even though i like anime shows it would be hard for me to read the mangas. but yes i believe the should retell it as well as make a season three, but i think they should kinda remake them, well it would be unlucky for you guys because once I get into my job I'll be gone for long periods of time which mean by the time a start watching anime again, these series will be over and I could watch them, but only if they do that if not I'm fine with it but I think they should though. i think they should have waited a while longer to make them though like make them in 2009 for season one then started season 2 in somewhere late 2010 early 2011.

Honestly I would prefer if they continued the series. I hate when they make these amazing Animes and they only end up being 24-26 episodes long Oh, and I signed the petiton.

I really would like to see a version closer to the manga story-line to be honest, the anime was GREAT and one of the best I've seen. I honestly never thought I would be into an anime or manga like Rosario, but man was was I wrong. I would love it for them to do it. I also have to agree with Tsukari with them making at least 48 episodes of it, but I'm willing to wait for a bit after all they cant rush these things, but an announcement or something saying they're at least thinking about it would make me pretty happy.
well i have read the manga and watched the series.. i liked the series but omg the manga is amazing! i really wish they
had stuck to the origional story line... i love that tsukune is all powerfull and stuff in the manga! its awesome. i wish they
would re make the series and follow the manga but if they do decide on season 3 then they should atleast bring in the
darker side of the story with tsukunes vampire and ghoul side...
