To start off i wrote this story, if the story sounds like any thing, its purely coincident.
Story:
At some point during the life of a fetus before it is born into the world from the mother's womb, when the human soul has first been created in the fetus, its soul is pure, white, and without sin. But at the same time as the spirit is undefended against any thing, some times creatures or demon's who have been banished, there soul's also enter the fetus fusing with the human soul creating a completely new being.
Upon birth they seem like normal babies they grow up normally live a normal life, until at some point usually during there teenage years as they form bonds easier, they form such a strong bond with a human that they become linked by each other's souls, and the human and fused soul, become almost one. They are able to feel each other's presence at all time's and can feel when one another is in danger.
This also awakens some powers within the fused soul, but while some what decent, they are not complete, for a fused soul to grow in strength and power, they must absorb the souls of creatures or humans they slay. the biggest weakness they have is that the human is without power's if either the human or the fused soul die at any point both suffer due to there soul link and both will die.
You can be either human or fused soul, if you want you can either have a real player as you're soul link or you can have an npc that you create yourself to be you're soul link. Note that a fused soul and a human are the only ones who can soul link, two fused soul's cannot.

(I don't know I've never seen soul eater, the story concept as it reads, its about the soul link of a fused soul and a human, i have yet to show the dangers any one will face but i will in due time.)
