description: wears a dororo like cap but with horns on it. his symbol is a blue-ish cross with dark blue trangles filling in the gaps.has no mouth so he has a friend of his named yisese translate. 1 eye, he was a war veteran, with a scar that looks like a blue moon in a blue moon. he also has a tesla arm and foot, wich gives him his electrical powers, but his foot is covered to prevent frying everyone.
personality: hates water, but other then that hes pretty mellow, as long as you dont wake him from his medatation
