Max was sitting in his sixth period class looking out the window as he was trying to figure out what he was going to do today. Was he going to try and run form the cops again as they seem to try and find a reason to get him for something he didn't do. as he remembered that there was Basketball practice. Damn they were running today because of the loss they got against a weak team. well he wasn't playing that was one reason why because he had an argument with the couch. well he beat the couch felt stupid for that. remembering actually today was a game. that he would have to play. he pulled out his phone as he text his mom to bring his uniform as he wanted to see Adrianna in her cheer leading out fit. as he began to imagine her his teacher called on him.

Max quickly looked at the board as he began to quickly think up an answer. *uh

*The answer is the Brown vs. Board was against the state of Kansas as they were trying to stop blacks from going to school. this brought in the Judaical branch in as this was against the constitution as it says everyman is created equal.

*I looked at the board of what we are discussing today and just through things in as we were talking about Brown vs. Board yesterday and the Judaical branch today so adding both in one makes you look smart.
