Biography: Qatar and her family are the grand children of the great Persian Empire, who is in turn the son of Qatar's great-grandmother, Mesopotamia. Qatar is a skilled military officer, bent on protecting her people since the War on Terror started. She has a bit of a stressed affiliation with America and doesn't like him very much.
