(at about 5 deaths, an investigation would have begun, by 20 it would be large scale, and it would never make it past 25, if the cops are blind, and the higher ups told them to cover their ears.)
(Shizuo probably would have killed it already)
(Anri probably would have killed it with a mob of knife wielding minions)
(at 11 feet tall, it wouldn't fit through doors)
(some random guy with a gun could, in fact, kill it. it's a HUGE target)

uhh why dont you tell this to ezia? and there is plenty of cover... example: the yellow scarves hide out, its a abandoned warehouse. and he has no age because he cant remember it. to tell the tru th hes like in his 30s.

Negative was not always a beast. before he was a man named Daniel Coon, working at a bio lab studying a new type of on chemical warfare. naturally it want horobly wrong. turning daniel into a hideous creature that shares no real emotions except hatred. for when he awoke as a beast, the first thing he saw was celty. almost amediatly he blames celty for the accident. but insteadf of attaking her he fled, know not of his new strength.
it was obvious that a lumbering monster in ikebukoro would lead people into distress. plus the whole population didnt help his problem. accidentally killing 30 people while running. it was clear to everyone that there was a new legend running around, a more evil legend.
but finally negative found a haven, in a old abandoned military stashion, on the border of ikebukoro. what he didnt know was it was also a gang meating place for a group with no name. anmeditly they saw potential in him and recruted negative, by force. they then sent him out to kill specific dollar members. naturally negative did there bidding, for awhile. later on though he murdered all the members of this silent group. giving him the nickname "the living hell"
his death count was a stagering 56. the local police couldnt catch him because, for some reason it seemed almost like he knew they were tracking him. of course he did know, for working in a military lab you pick up alot of special tactics. giving him a special edge to his new found power.
but still he blames celty for the accident and vows that one day he'll kill her.

(The fact remains that something that size could not hide fro the large scale military investigation that would have been launched..)
