The microwave is a time machine, and we're bringing gel bananas to Otakon! If you have any idea what I'm talking about, then you're probably familiar with the psychologically thrilling, time/dimensional traveling series that is Steins;Gate!
We're going to be premiering the English dubbed episodes of Steins;Gate at Otakon, but first you're going to need to know who is in our English Cast for Steins;Gate.

If you've been paying attention to the Otakon guest announcements, then you know that J. Michael Tatum will be at the convention. Following the English Dub World Premiere on Saturday, July 28th at 8pm there will be a Q&A session with the cast. While we'll have other giveaway items at our booth, you're going to want to get there early and pick up one of these awesome Steins;Gate posters (see above) while supplies last. That way you'll be prepared for cast autographs!
UPDATE: Otakon has also announced Trina Nishimura as a guest. Trina plays the voice of MAKISE and will be joining our Q&A session after our screening on Saturday.

The microwave is a time machine. Okarin proved it. The self-anointed mad scientist nuked bananas into some gelatinous version of the future. Or maybe it was the past. Doesn’t matter. No one thought he could do it, but he did it anyway. He sent text messages through time to people he knew. To his friends. Some of them female. Pretty. He should have been more careful. Steins;Gate is a surreal viewing experience that’s an absolute must watch for all fans of sci-fi. According to Anime Vice, “It’s like somebody taped an episode of The Big Bang Theory over a copy of Donnie Darko.”

So wait, do we have to get to the Steins;Gate premiere early (no clue how one does that) to get the poster, or do we just have to get to the booth early to nab a cool poster?
I'm curious because I totally want a poster.
I've been avoiding this show until the dub debuted, and now that it is here, I know where I'll be on Saturday. :D
Oh my god! I've been waiting for this forever! This is one of the few animes that I actually have given a 10/10 on! Let's hope the dubbed version turns out great!
Can't wait till this comes out. I wonder how are they going to do the Japanese jokes (ex: I am MAD SCIENIST, ITS SO COOL!)in the English Dub
