February, 2010. FUNimation declares War on Pants to celebrate the release of Strike Witches. All over the world, Strike Witches fans stood to be counted as allies of the high-flying femmes of the 501st. Dungarees were destroyed. Slacks were slaughtered. As the pants were brought to their knees, victory appeared imminent. (Confused? Watch our previous video to know what we're talking about.) Unfortunately, in the harsh winter of late 2010, the pants rallied, launching Operation XYZ in a desperate attempt to zip up the Western Front. Tragically, bottoms were covered from Bakersfield to Beaverton. Funi licenced season too awhile ago. So hopefully it will be relased sometime soon.
You know Richard J, I can vividly remember Attack of the Killer Tomatoes too. And now that you mention it, the noise does sound simmilar.
This is my favorite Funi video promotion ever. It's just so funny! (Was someone watching Attack of the Killer Tomatoes recently? The pants gibbering reminded me of the tomatoe noises so much.)
Hope this is a sign that Funi's going to be getting to season 2 soon. The troops need season 2!
