We need your help. Please take a few minutes of your time to take our Fall 2012 survey.

This survey is SUPER important to us and we appreciate your help. Your answers will shape how we go forward in 2013 and beyond...

To prove this: From the survey results, we'll select 10 people to get an early Christmas present. One DVD/Blu-ray of your choice and another for a friend (or you can keep the second one for yourself)

All of this info will be safe and secure.

Finished the survey last night. I hope my feedback can keep FUNimation as awesome as it is!

May I suggest that the survey include a "What anime are you looking forward to in 2013?" In that case the new Sailor Moon anime is coming out, which would be a good time for FUNi to acquire the license for the original series and remaster it on blu ray uncut. : 3

Took the survey. Nice survey!!

However, I just wanted to tell you when you get to the last page or the second to last page, the one with the video and questions about video. The video doesn't work. It comes up and said "no video found. Try retyping address in".

So, I don't know if it is a problem with the video or the survey or what. You may want to check it out.
