I don't think they should give Chuck a V.A. kind of stupid and pointless. it's the same way when they decided to give Xiao Mei *FMA* a v.a. she doesn't talk. she squeaks and doesn't need a v.a. >_> not. needed.
This series is gonna need some FLCL type of translation, it's the only way i can see it working at all.
As long as Vic Mignogna stays out of it, I'm fine. He couldn't play a single role in the show as far as I can see. But if Todd Haberkorn doesn't get cast as Brief, I'll probably rage.
I gotta admit, I was kind of hoping this series would be dubbed in California so it could get some VAs who have worked on some of the US cartoons that the show is inspired by (e.g. Powerpuff Girls, Drawn Together, Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends). Oh well.
Panty: Luci Christian (boisterous!) or Laura Bailey (seductive!)
Stocking: uh... Monica Rial? Cherami Leigh? either of them, probably.
Garterbelt: Someone entirely new. I can't think of anyone in Funimation's current stable of voice actors who could pull off the baritone and hammy silliness that Garterbelt all but demands. (He must always speak in the most juicy, over-the-top Southern Baptist preacher impression humanly imaginable.) Come to think of it, does Funimation employ any African-American voice actors?
Chuck: Spike Spencer. Okay, fine, they're not gonna bring him all the way down from California just to say "Chuck" a hundred times. I'm having a hard time thinking of a Texas-based VA who is as good at sounding hyperactive, though.
Brief: Spike Spencer. Alright, alright, no. I don't really want to hear Greg Ayres in this role, but let's face it, he'll probably get it. If by some chance he doesn't, how about... iunno... Jason Liebricht?
Scanty and Kneesocks: How do people even tell these two apart? Whatever. One of them should definitely be Tiffany Grant. The other... uhh... maybe Colleen Clinkenbeard, or Trina Nishimura, or Luci Christian if she doesn't get Panty. (Honestly I would have no complaints if every female(?) character in this show were played by Luci Christian.)

I think Cherami Leigh is the overwhelming favorite for Stocking, and I whole-heartedly agree.
But as for Panty, I'm suggesting someone I haven't seen mentioned: Jamie Marchi.
First off, she just has that sensuality to her voice when done right. Also, she and Cherami had great chemistry together as the Thompson Sisters in Soul Eater, so I can't see why they shouldn't be paired up again.
Chris Sabat should definitely be Garterbelt, and I feel like Aaron Dismuke should be Briefs. Todd Haberkorn would be a close second, but it seems like Aaron has the more appropriate voice. Finally, Luci Christian as Scanty, and Laura Bailey as Kneesocks.
I could be way off on the Demon sisters, but I really hope Jamie and Cherami get cast for Panty and Stocking.
