was the ending theme fully dubed in english?, is it possible to get it somewhere ?, I really like the song. my searches turned up nothing so I figured it was worth asking

It's likely only the TV length version was re-recorded in English. Musical audio recording tends to be more time consuming and expensive than straight acting.
