I was wondering if there were ever any plans of creating a season 2. It seemed as though the series ended abruptly and didnt really wrap up the series. Dont get me wrong i love ouran its actually my favorite anime, but i do wish there were more series as most people do

Ouran High school host club season 2?
I haven't seen and/or heard anything about a season 2. I wouldn't be surprised if there isn't, but If it ever comes around, I'll keep my eyes open for it.

The manga just came to an end pretty recently, so I am hoping they will decide to do a second season. As already mentioned nothing has been said, but I will also keep an eye out for any news.
dont bet on it since the live action ouran begins in japan next month..

I'm really confused.. A few people are saying it's out in december broadcasted In England but already broardcasted in Japan currently now. When I found out there's a rumour going on in Youtube that they're will be but debation on others that they say Don't take no notice of it. I know theres been a petetion for it hence how i found this site.
I would be really devestated if that was just some one saying it would be and not going to be. <3 save ouran it's a good short anime that had a brilliant ending I'm sure with the charaters they have they can make another terrfic season's 2 :D

Well, seeing as I haven't seen anything said here on Funimation or on Anime News Network, I'd say it's just a rumor. There is however a live action show that started airing in July I think and a live action movie that is being made or going to be made and come out sometime next year. It would be nice if they made another season. There is plenty of manga left to work with after all.

I would love to see more but as animes go, I thought they wrapped it up better than many others. Animes aren't usually the best at true conclusions since it seems like they like to leave it open to make potential future seasons and then don't.
