This seems like very good news for One Piece.
Good to see the 'uncut' part.

WTF is Neon Alley? Is it a TV network?
Neon alley is a TV network being streamed to the PS3. It is being run by VIZ media and is the first multi production company anime channel.
So, you need a PS3 to watch it? When i hear TV network, i imagine something broadcast over the airwaves or cable or satellite.
