Anyway my order's finally completely reserved and people are actually getting charged in their accounts for the order so people should have it by the end of the week.
EDIT: Check your orders, people. Mine has shipped and I'll finally be watching Season 4 this Friday.
The missing ED was apprently known since FUNi put up subbed episodes on their One Piece website a while back and it wasn't present there so if this was a music rights issue with the band that performed it then expect Opening 8 (episodes 284-325) to be affected as well when/if they get that far into the show.

It's extremely late in October, but it's still October.
I don't think anyone has any reason not to expect a December release for Third Voyage.
