Re: Kaizoku Musou/Pirate Warrios Video Game Officially Licensed for North America?
I still don't see the big deal for a dub... Not everything can suit to your needs...
Oh it doesn't have a dub, NO BUY! that's what some people sound like.. and if that's the case, then your just a disgrace >_> Oh it doesn't have a dub, so what? It has subtitles, unless you can't read or have problems with eyesight, then you have no excuse really...

Their name would've been there regardless, they're the merchandise licensor for One Piece in America. Also FUNimation doesn't handle any video game dubbing, that's OkraTron's domain.
while i do agree with what your saying and since its digital in Us there is a low chance of it being dubbed. but i rewatched the Dbz ultimate tenkaichi trailer and it had Funimation's logo but not Okratron's logo (which was found later on at the intro of the game) but in the end it got dubbed. so the only way of knowing if Pirate warriors gets dubbed or not is either asking Okratron (if possible) or waiting for someone to buy and record the game.

That's actually just the way it works out in general. For Tenkaichi they didn't have Sean Schemmel recording until June, so early trailers were Japanese. But you have to keep in mind that was still a physical disc release. Remember Sony has a rule where undubbed games can't go on disc, which was possibly part of the reason why Pirate Warriors is getting a release on PSN.
I'm not saying OkraTron's logo should've been up there for Ultimate Tenkaichi (or even PW on the off-chance it does get dubbed), it wouldn't have made sense if you think about it since at that point in the English version of the game's development, OkraTron has nothing to do with it.

Blah blah, you're too put in the closet and judge too easily.
Also don't get peevd, there is going to be dual audio, so calm it.

Where'd you hear that there'd be dual audio? All signs have indicated that we won't have it, or that, at the very most, it is extremely unlikely.

I like both subbed and dubbed versions just fine, but I do hope there will be a dub for this game. There's probably a much greater likelihood for increased sales, as well as unique buyers (gamers who aren't familiar with One Piece, but could potentially become fans) if it were dubbed.

If they're smart, they'll dub it.
